Service Description
Foundational strength and stability work designed to help senior dogs stay mobile, comfortable, and confident. Different sizes and breeds age at different rates: Older Dog: Large & giant breeds (Great Danes, Mastiffs): senior at ~6 years Medium breeds (Labs, Shepherds): senior at ~7–8 years Small & toy breeds (Terriers, Chihuahuas): senior at ~8–10+ years Physiologically, “older” means the dog is experiencing predictable age‑related changes such as muscle loss (sarcopenia), joint degeneration, reduced proprioception, and slower recovery. These changes begin around age 7 in most dogs, even if they still look young.
